1. Eligibility for Refund Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • If the service has not been initiated or any work has not been started.
  • If there is a failure to deliver the agreed-upon services due to an error on our part.
  • If the service delivered is significantly different from what was promised in the service agreement.

2. Non-Refundable Services The following services are non-refundable:

  • Services that have already been delivered or partially completed.
  • Paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), as these involve third-party costs.
  • Any third-party tools, subscriptions, or software purchased on behalf of the client.
  • Custom digital marketing strategies, consultations, and personalized plans.
  • If a project is delayed due to a lack of response or required input from the client.

3. Refund Request Process To initiate a refund request, clients must:

  • Submit a written request via email to synotechdigital@gmail.com with a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.
  • Provide any relevant supporting documents or proof of service issues.
  • Allow 7-10 business days for the review and processing of the request.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during the initial transaction.
  • Refunds, once approved, may take 7-14 business days to reflect in the client’s account, depending on the bank or payment provider.
  • Any transaction fees, processing charges, or administrative costs incurred will be deducted from the refunded amount.

5. Changes to the Refund Policy Synotech Digital reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically for any changes.
